Might does, always and everywhere make RIGHTS – as in the right to appeal to an insurer for the enforcement of a contractual right, constitutional right, or natural right under natural law.
Whether might makes right – as in right or wrong, moral or immoral – or not is a question of whether might is involved but whether the actions and consequences are right or wrong, moral or immoral.
In this sense, might can make right or not, and is required to make rights, obligations, and inalienations: all of them.
