You were right then. You are right now. Cities need the german model of ‘free cities’ and the territories need the higher standard of behavior. Why? territories need and want responsibility for private and common, urban densities prohibit individual responsiblity for privat and common. Why? Same as why centrally planned economies don’t work: knowledge problem. Competing intersts problem. Rational incalculability problem.
