I don’t think it will take long because I don’t think we have long. Our strategy is merely to make whatever advancements or at least arguments we can, because if we succeed we move the needle and gain some legitimacy, and even if we don’t succeed (a) it will distribute the message and the arguments to the most useful people (b) provide evidence that even the courts are exhausted and we have no choice (without an anglo-rule of law-monarchy to appeal to, which is why you really do want one).
