They’re not ready for public consumption – but otherwise yes. Most of them are pretty clearly optimum, but some of the financial ‘punishment’ we have planned is not something we want to publish until the last minute.

We have been a little ‘cautious’ in releasing some of these reforms even though they’ve been relatively constant for almost four years. And I don’t remembrer wehn you started getting deeply involved but the “prosecutions”, “restitutions and punishments”, and ‘course and conduct of a civil war” are a little ‘harsh’ so we probably will leave those private until it’s time to release them.

As soon as my current ‘crisis’ is over and martin and brandon and I have the time we’ll crank them out. The work we have been doing recently (until my current crisis) has been brutal on us. Policies are much easier than analytic proofs of strict construction that run on for pages. lol
