I’m saying that the population distributions between the four primary races and their hybridizations produce different class sizes, and the size of the lower classes determines the rate of institutional develpment as well as economic development. So it would be better said that ther are vast differences in the size of the underclasses in each group in relation to the ‘smart fraction’. (look it up).
Further more than all hybridizatioins result indistributions mirroring the approximate average of the two races or at least the past six generations of the parents.
There is no exeption to this worldwide. IQ we call intelligence but it might as well be an index to neotenic evolution or what we cal lin animals domestication sysndrome that trades aggression and impulse for patiencde and consideration reusling in greater trust adn cooperation. Intelligence only increases the capacity to trust and cooperate – largely because of increases in error detection.
