No the people have been disintermediated from the courts by the left. It’s rather easy to restore the power to the poor in the courts, if we, as in the past, and as is common in europe, create and administrative court.
While in the past you had access to the Manor (nobility) and in our constitution should have access to your representative both local, state, and federal – as an escalation path. This is no longer possible becuase of legal activism.
We can restore these rights and restore people to defense and access – and we can do it without the most vulnerable and gullible sectors of the polity enabling bad legislation and law whose promise is impossible to fulfill and produces the opposite of the claimed ends.
