HOW THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT ACHIEVES CONCURRENCY ACROSS CLASSES AND REGIONS

How do we achieve concurrency?
1. the house reflects the population (population)
2. the senate reflected the governor of the state (region)
3. the (president) via the electoral college reflected both the population and governor and legislature by providing a number of electors equal to both the representatives and the senators(2), and these people are appointed by the state legislature and sometimes popular vote.

When we vote on legislation, the House (people), Senate(state) and President(country, states, and people) must agree on legislation and the legislation must survive contest in the court.

This is meant to preserve minority rights and prevent majority rule or what we call “the tyranny of the majority”

So far it is the system that has most successfully protected rights at the cost of doing a lot of political laundry in public.

It should be noted that the federation was designed to provide protection for a set of independent states against european aggression and competition. This should have been more like the holy roman empire with a weak military government and stron gindependent states. The civil war, which was a conflict over control ov the westward expansion, ended that, and it’s time to restore it – as the reason for conflict is the attempt to impose uniformity on a very diverse set of sub-civilizations, with different values, across the continent.

Cheers
