RE: Treasury Backed Mortgages At Low (Zero) Interest
It is an obvious deterministic necessity – where folks like us are frustrated that it takes so long for the institutions to catch on to the crayon-level solution to a long-term problem. 😉 And then to congratulate themselves, claim brilliance and leadership for recognizing the sky is blue.
That’s another way of saying that those of us who understand history, economics, and behavioral science are doomed to suffer the incompetence of the majority who don’t. 😉
