European Confidence is a meaningless measure since all this means is that the Europeans resisted Trump’s demand that europe carry it’s own geostrategic weight, instead of forcing the US to burn it’s middle class to pay for it – with the RU invasion demonstrating Trump was correct, just as he’d been correct about China and it’s affect on Americans. Just as he’d been correct about the attempt to domesticate the middle east, and the cost to our people.
