While we can comfortably state that all humans respond simiarly to impositions of cost on their demonstrated interests, those interests and the distribution of responsibility (ownership) of those interests varies according to group evolutionary strategy expressed in culural norms.

In dividuals with groups vary further in moral intuition, because they are seeking cooperation on their terms within the group.

So it’s correct to say that morality is universal in the ‘negativa’ causal origin, but plastic in the applied ‘positiva’ within any given cultural context.
