It appears so. There are two migration paths: out of Africa coastal route, and later across the plateau route. Asian features are neotenous (occipital folds) and appear to be cold adaptations. Until we have more data it’s difficult to imagine that the speciation event occurred elsewhere.
Though the out-of-Africa first generation is closer in appearance to old Africans and the more almond eye shape is present there. We can’t tell much from the Austronesians because they’re a complex hybridization. So unless we know more than we do now, that’s the surviving evidence.
