We have known this for a very long time.
But aggregates are misleading.
Sexes process information very differently.
We do not test for predictive ability.
We dont test for cognitive bias, which matters more.
The male distibution is wider, with zero women at the extreme.
Everything meaningful occurs on the margin (male).
I advocate for iq, personality, moral and bias testing – in particular the female overrepresentation in conflating tru/false with desirable/undesirable.
