Well, because I do rigorous research, do in fact know more than you do – and more than all but a few do, and across all domains of knowledge. So if you sought agency via truth and understanding then argument might help you learn, and gain agency.
But you don’t argue because you are incapable of other than feminine denial, projection, pretence of the value of your opinion, approval, or cooperation, which is the infantile retreat of the incompetent when faced with reality that displeases them. In other words you’e only capable of continuing tantrums of rebellion against nature’s demand for your maturity into knowledge, competency, responsibility that we call adulthood.
Its probably the result of genetic, class, and parental failure – so we can’t necessarily expect better of you.
