1. Natural Born, third generation (and I do like stating the # of grandparents). Residency in the state for no less than 12 years for state. Age 50 or older. (it’s service given back not career ambition) (Require full and natural integration)
2. Christian Spectrum, or at least not from non-Christian denominations for those three generations. (Require compatibility with western ethics)
3. No loyalties beyond the country other than to the ethics of the Christian spectrum. (End dual loyalty)
4. Demonstrated competency in the bearing of responsibility in performance in real-world organization of people toward productive ends. (End Credentialism)
