The Americans like the European colonial powers, like the romans, and like the greeks, before them, have ‘rediscovered’ that we cannot ‘domesticate’ other civilizations, because they cannot cooperate on equal footing. And if we cannot cooperate on equal footing it is in the interest of less evolved civilizations to conflict. As such civilizations and the races they serve (civilization = race) cannot comingle politically, only economically by trade, and strategically by alliances.
