Yes, thought I percieved it as a presumption that the western world would function in isolation under the fukuyama-era belief in the end of history.
When it certainly appears, that having failed to complete the second world war destruction of all empires and creation of nation states that huntinginton was right, and we are producing instead the conflict of civilizations and their attempts at doubling down.
So I would say I have a less optimistic understanding of the field of potential futures.
That said yes there are lessons from that book.
They are just optimistic.
Killing the administrative state will be a heck of a project.
And it won’t occur until the problem of demographics and civilizations is solved.
