Yes. Rather easy solution though. We propose, I think, three or four options (can’t remember off the top of my head).
On the other hand, supply constraint is artificial and the Soviets solved this by producing massive numbers of heavy-duty construction buildings that were assembled like legos. (I’ve lived in one and I loved it). There is no reason we couldn’t also do so with a bit more ‘grace’ and less Soviet sterility and utilitarianism.
