This is true. But those differences are reducible to
(a) attention games
(b) repetition
(c) given differences in self regulation, trait conscientiousness, and intelligence.
The most effective method in grade school (used by Chinese no less) combines recitation, physical action, in social (group) contexts. The most effective contemporary middle method is to replace most teaching with computer games that teach indirectly. And the most effective contemporary mid and high school method is simulations of a division of labor using computer games.
Howeve the failure of the education system to achieve basic reading, writing, mathematics, geography and history, manners, ethics morals, public speaking, public debate, basic economics and home finance, and basic contract law and the (real) properties of common law government are endemic.
Most of us laugh at the inability of college students to answer basic questions that would be required for minimum capacity to opine in public, and certainly not to vote.
The collapse of demonstrated intelligence, basic educational competency, and any kind of literacy over the past thirty years, despite the increase in expenses by the education system is having a catastrophic affect on the economy and driving increased division in our polity.
Teachers have too frequently become hostile anti-civilizational activists, instead of educators preparing youth for self regulation, sustainable work and democratic participation.
And the rapid decline in aggregate IQ due to asymmetric reproduction and immigration is unrecoverable. No democratic polity can survive below 97 IQ for long, and certainly not below 95. And y’all are making it happen with your (infantile) good intentions.
