All groups try to replicate their families in politics.

Again: we’re bots – until we’re not. And responsibility is how we insure we are not. What my good friend @whatifalthist doesn’t mention is that these families represent a spectrum of decreasing individual responsibility from the nuclear to the parilineal to the exogamous.

Political systems like family systems represent resposibiilty of the individual which in turn produces the degree of trust in the population. Ergo family systems like political systems reflect the trustworthiness of the population.
