The best way to end racism is to end the forcible integration of groups with vastly different (lower) class sizes, causing status and economic competition that is not resolvable. You can’t create equality between a group with 15% of the population incapable of learning even basic skills, sustainable employment, self-regulation, and self-care, with one with more than 50% of their numbers unfit, because 90% of the population (mean 85, SD 15) is incapable of learning from written instructions or repairing basic machines. There is no possible means of compensation for those differences that will not produce political conflict, because all political conflict originates in differences, and the norms and values necessary to accommodate those differences.

The optimum polity for non-conflict, cooperation, harmony, and redistribution is a small homogenous ethnostate with rule of law, courts under rule of law, and a monarchy as judge of last resort, with the nuclear or traditional family – and not the individual – as the purpose of policy, because the family order generates demand for a polity that repeats the family order.

Restore the USA to its original constitution as a union of states (like Europe under the holy roman empire and the church) with shared defense and treasury but the local choice of social, economic, and political preferences that suit the needs of the biological demands of the population distribution., The difference between the primary races and their hybrids is the degree of neotenic evolution trading rate and depth of maturity, resulting in aggression and impulsivity, for agency, pliability, and self-regulation. It’s called domestication syndrome. And the four primary races evolved in neotenic order: African, South Eurasian (MENA+India) , Europe, and East Asia. And the data is incontestable unless you’re a science denier because we know the cause of development from the neural tube outward and the effect of neotenic selection on the expression of maturity as cells migrate from the neural tube.
