RACIAL DIFFERENCES ARE REAL AND SUBSTANTIAL
(Our Experiment, Like the Marxist Experiment, Has Failed.)

Sorry, but racial differences are real because people act as if they are real, and by doing so, make them demonstrably real even though they always have been genetically, biologically, and behaviorally real – and they do so for inescapable reasons: because neoteny is the direction of evolution and sexual selection, and because kin preference is universal and assists in natural selection, if for no other reason than discounts on ingroup cooperation vs outgroup.

1. Neoteny is the direction of human evolution by the domestication of aggression and impulse into self-regulation and cooperation.

2. The four primary races and the hybrids (averages) of them, differ in degree of neotenic evolution by natural selection. Those four primary races and their proposed speciation events are African(East African Event), South Eurasian (Dry Persian Gulf Event), European (European Event), East Asian (Tibetan Event).

3. The four primary races and their hybrids also retain vast differences in class sizes because with each neotenic leap, the lower classes shrink – And Class is a property of an individual and group’s capacity for responsibility and agency over time, caused by the suppression of impulse and the increase in intelligence to further that suppression of impulse by toleration for the spectrum of frustrations including that of offense and intellectual work.

4. This difference in class sizes generates demand for different habits, manners, ethics, morals, norms, laws, and formal and informal institutions, to compensate for or tolerate differences in impulsivity, self-regulation, and intelligence. This, in turn, produces a reproductive selection, and, therefore status hierarchy by neoteny both within and between races. This generates conflict between races when in proximity because status is the instinct we use to measure our self-worth vs our competitors. As such, even if cultural norms to institutions are homogenized, through forcible integration, which will produce a race hierarchy of status (it does, everywhere), or unless groups separate territorially and by government (ethnic nation-states) to eliminate that pressure and restore ingroup status and cooperation signals, then conflict will occur. At least whenever the minority finds any advantage in group preference that seeks political, social, or economic advantage that is ‘unnatural’ creating that conflict.

4. In theory, the application of the reproductive pressure of cold climates in favor of prosocial (neotenic) behavior by suppression of the reproduction of the underclasses until the average IQ (a measure of neoteny+genetic fitness), surpassed today’s 95 should reduce race differences, even though IQ is only a compensation for aggression and impulse. That said, minor increases in group neoteny, conscientiousness, and IQ produce increasing gains, because the ‘smart fraction’ above 130 produces such a disproportionate competitive advantage.

Because as cooperators between nations we are cousins, friends, and allies. But as competitors within states we are forever in natural conflict that evolution forces upon us and cannot ever cease.
