Thoughts:
Stoicism is the best we’ve done because its active in the world and assists with responsibility in the world from which mindfulness emerges through confidence in competency.
Buddhism seeks to detatch from it and produce mindfulness and by limiting responsibility.
Both of these are disciplines, not religions. But religion evolved from Buddhism and not from Stoicism.
Shintoism – natural religion is the optimum religion because ancestor debt and national debt (to our people) is the only non false debt.
All invocation of the submission to the pack reponse (religion) is in answer to a debt response.
