No. (a) reports are it came from inside Russia, (b) from the eastern direction (instead of southwest) (c) with a tiny (light) payload (d) and apparently by dissidents (that part I can’t confirm). (e) and UA has no drones capable of both reaching Moscow. They have tried at least three that I know of and they have all crashed in the woods far from Moscow. And they wouldn’t equip it with the equivalent of an M80 firecracker if they did.
