Not expecting everyone to mature and learn at the same pace, and reforming education to emphasize competitive games that maintain interest in students despite differences in neotenic agency and state of maturity. Plus not teaching them ideology, but science, engineering, natural law, contract, finance, and means of managing projects for the self and others. Then restoring socialization by entry into the workforce part time at the earliest possible age.
