You make assertions that are from odd moral presumptions, that are reducible to evasions of responsibility – and its not clear you grasp even the basics of the context that these conflicts arise from.

a) Reciprocity in self-determination is the natural law of non-conflict (cooperation)
b) The superiority without exception of small ethnocentric states, because of the trust velocity and absence of conflict that promotes investment in commons that reduce the cost for all, limiting need for individual and family income.
c) Capital investment by the people determines who has ‘rights’ to the territory. This is again, reciprocity.
d) Governments have no rights and cannot have rights, only people can.
e) Only federations not empires can produce and maintain natural rights. All existing hostilities are attempts to override these laws of nature.
