If you’ll allow me: IMO there are activst judges, and there are holes in our law, and our constitution, and there is vast body of bad and often evil legislation, but among the court systems of the world, ours is still the best, because it is a common law court and our constitution is an expression of natural law, and the law is sovereign, and our supreme court combined with the devotion of our christians has provided more resistance than we could otherwise expect. So, that’s the ‘positive’ take. 😉
