They do not demonstrate the ability to access that high culture, any more than those who cannot obtain access to law school demonstrate the ability to access it. Worse humans are no different from other domesticated animals, in that putting the best in with the rest does not improve the rest but undermines and infects the best.

Now, you could make an argument that the curriculum of the Grammar schools should be applied to ordinary government schools. But then, the majority of students would fail. We have already seen vast dumbing-down of the curriculum in all English speaking countries. Because god forbid we should produce evidence of the difference between the classes, and that those differences are from genetic load.
