a group of states with a central government for international fairs but independence in internal affairs. ie: alliance of ethnicities.

an extensive group of nations (people), states (government), and countries (land) under a single supreme authority. ie: Involuntary rule of ethnicities.

– A Nation and A Federation produce self-determination.
– An empire produces self-non-determination.
– The US Federal govt was designed as federal, and has evolved into imperial.
– Restore the federation.
– Spread federalism worldwide.
– So the more Nations in different Federations the more allies we have in producing self-determination by self-determined means through peaceful cooperation.
