2 – Degree guarrantees competency – meaning college warrantees fitness of the degree holder for the work.
3 – Separate Research (Institutes) from Teaching (Colleges) completely.
4 – Pay Grad/PhD/Postgrad market wages.
5 – Colleges must carry student loans.
6 – End student loan guarrantees
7 – End race in consideration of admission
8 – Fill all domestic student candidates before foreign.
