The ‘thought’ (culture) of any population must rise or decline to the median of the IQ distribution because norms traditions values and institutions must serve the majority of the population – this fact is the inescapable universal measure of EVERY difference between all countries. Trying to obscure this in order to prevent white ‘supremacy’ is simply dooming less developed countries from solving real problems in reality.
