1) People below threshold IQ (about 85) lack the agency and competency to adapt to a high stress market civilizaton and therefore.

2) Many people with below 85 IQ will believe or sense innately that they are valuable and deserving of respect so they will blame the civilization they are in if it does not provide a place where people with their abilities can experience being valued and respected.

3) Self agency and competency in successful strategies for integrating into a high stress market civilisation require a threshold IQ greater than about 85 and this self agency and these competencies have been defined as “whiteness”.

Mostly yes.
Though it’s a bit more that all groups demonstrate ingroup preference, and that any group with a distribution that includes a large percentage of their population below the threshold will normalize the under-threshold position, rather than ‘abandon their own’. So it spreads from the bottom up so to speak.
