I bet if you interviewed my black employees you would discover the opposite. ;). Maybe just the opposite. Cause I’m not color blind. I get it. I understand that in many ways it can s–ck to be a black male in particular. So If I can, given the opportunity, I extend the opportunity.

I don’t think half of the black community hates white people. I think the problem is as always the fringe 20% who are the problem in any group. ;). I do think that given that half the black population is below the minimum IQ for continuous employment, that there is a tendency to externalize their disadvantage in the market for oppression, as a political signal to peers, that is a substitute – demand for unsolved political action to ameliorate the problem.

And I think as everyone knows the disintegration of black society by the liberals/progressive/communist migration of rural blacks to communist-apartment-block cities was a crime against humanity.

That doesn’t mean that by using hyperbole we cant foment a discussion that might result in positive ends.

I just want to solve the problem.
