Even better. Long-form filters out idiots and malcontents? 😉

– Twitter isn’t really ‘long form’, but ‘medium form’.
– A scholarly paper should require ten to twenty pages.
– An argument should require 1500-3000 words.
– An article for publication tends to require 750 words.
– I use fewer and larger words, so I’m able to get about 650 in a post.
– The rest are either around 500 words, or 250 words.
– As I’ve said in the past you can’t say much of anything intelligent (persuasive) with less than 250 words.
