IMO one of the problems/benefits of the US legal system is the right of sovereig

IMO one of the problems/benefits of the US legal system is the right of sovereignty before the court, meaning pro-se vs court-appointed vs paid counsel is a good, but incentivizes nonsense before the court. The British barrister system is superior in seeking truth b/c liability.
