Increase intelligence and conscientiousness, decrease aggression and neuroticism, increase heart and lung size, eliminate lactic acid build up, normalize skeletal form and neoteny, but most *behavior* maximizes adaptability – b/c AFAIK the cause of conflict is class distribution.
