Between the NA/Egypt wing, the saudi, the iranian, and the Turkic (each axis) only Turkey really has the power to develop into the core state meritocratically. Egypt/NA and SA can do so geostrategically, Iran can only by asymmetric war (they’re good at), force, and time.
