Whether you own it or not is a statement of fact. It is not a moral question. The moral question only arises when we insure ownership against violators of ownership, and collectively seek restitution, punishment, and prevention of violations of that nature.

You own whatever is under the monopoly of your control, and you can and will defend against all possible comers. We own, whatever is under a monopoly of our control, and we can and will defend it against all possible comers. If you do not, and cannot defend it, you cannot own it.
