RD: AFAIK, US goal is to exhaust RU military, Govt, but prevent dissolution of RU, preferring to restore pre-2000 strategy of integration, and cause RU to require integration into europe/nato econ/defense to survive despite demographic collapse, uniting DEU tech w/ RU Resources.
