A Miltiary, Constitution of Rule of Law by Natural (scientific) Law, Common(empirical) law, Transparency (Total), and Courts are NECESSARY – not participation. So we have had the priority backward for no other purpose than replacing old moral Aristocracy w/ new hostile Oligarchy.
