Tiny suggestion: the ORGANIZATION of capital as a means of ORGANIZING production, and then wages as a means of voluntarily (and efficiently) ORGANIZING labor, that in turn ORGANIZES resources isn’t interpreted as high risk work with high risk rewards (or punishments by loss).
