All, or most? I don’t see why that’s an issue. It’s not a lie. It’s beneficial to almost everyone at some point in our lives. Is it a natural right? No. Is it a common good? Yes. No, it’s not highest priority. Sure, it’s been abused. But that’s fixable. Hard to argue with it.
