Relate entirely (HFA). I restructured my life to ‘keep it simple’. This requires sacrificing some comforts to obtain mental comforts. And honestly without OCD meds or ADHD meds (you can pick which direction to influence your ability to self regulate), I wouldn’t be able to do it.
