Old and New. Pygmy average in the high 50’s. I’ve forgotten the San IQ. New africa in the low 70’s. But I would rather see outliers per capita (say Nigeria, or Ghana) because that tells us more about the genetic capacity of peoples. IMO we should see flynn effect in Africa @~76
