(just want to take the opportunity that the ‘rotate’ or ‘cyclic’ or ‘harmonious’ foundation of chinese civilization is the reason for it’s stagnation, falling behind, and repeated failures to modernize into a federation by rule of law.
Such foundations are VERY hard to change.
